To place an order by phone, call us 623-583-9493. Our friendly staff is here to help you 5 days a week Monday thru Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm MST. If you have any questions, our sales representatives are knowledgeable about our patio products and will be happy to assist you.
Special Order Products: Special orders require a minimum 50% credit card deposit at the time of purchase. The balance of your order will be charged when we ship the furniture to you. No refunds or exchanges on any and all special orders.
Payment in full is required before any product can be shipped.
We collect applicable state sales taxes for the following states: Arizona & California, all applicable county sales taxes for the following counties: Maricopa, Pima & San Diego, all applicable city sales taxes for the following cities: Surprise, San Diego
As is: The only warranties applying to merchandise are those which may be offered by the manufacturer. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR DELIVERY ARRIVES
We take extra care to assure your outdoor patio arrives without freight damage. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. Trucking companies may not be able to wait for you to open each box and inspect the contents. They will allow you to inspect contents or refuse delivery on damaged boxes. Please notify us immediately if you have freight or manufacturing damage.
Special Order lead times are approximant. If delivery time exceeds the time quoted it is due to manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control.

Absolutely Patio is committed to satisfied customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return items. Absolutely no returns on special order items, we try our best to avoid restocking fees, however, if your return results in a full refund, a 15% restocking fee will be implemented. Under no circumstances will shipping and freight costs be refunded to either the customer or back to Absolutely Patio, the return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer.
