We are committed to satisfied customers and realize returns are sometimes necessary.  You must be sure to measure the areas that the furniture is going to be placed, and you have to be determined about the finish, the color and the size.  We will not return back any furniture on this basis.  We do not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on any item because screen settings man vary from PC to PC.

Orders may be canceled in whole or in part at our sole discretion, taking into account the status of your order at the time you request cancellation.  When you request to cancel an order prior to shipping we reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee or a 3% of the total order or which ever is higher.  These fees cover the credit card transaction and processing charges that are non-refundable.  If the cancellation is due to an item being out of stock or discontinued no fees will be applied.

In the event you refuse an order after it was shipped, you will receive credit less the actual freight charges both ways and a 15% restocking fee.

We require immediate notification for return items.  In the event of returning an item, you will be required to reimburse us for the actual shipping cost both ways.  In addition a charge of 15% of the total invoice will be assessed for restocking fees.  Under no circumstances will shipping and freight costs be refunded to the customer.    Credits take 2-5 business days to appear on a credit card.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.  You will receive credit less the actual freight charges both ways and a 15% restocking fee.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.  The return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer.
