We are committed to satisfied customers and realize returns are sometimes necessary. You must be sure to measure areas that the furniture is going to be placed, and you have to be determined about the finish, the color and size. Orders may be canceled in whole or part at our sole discretion, taking into account the status of your order at the time you request cancellation. When you request to cancel an order prior to shipping we reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee or a 3% of the total order. These fees cover the credit card transaction and processing charges that are non-refundable. If the cancellation is due to an item being out of stock or discontinued no fees will be applied.

We require immediate notification for return items. In the event of returning an item, you will be required to reimburse us for the actual shipping cost both ways. In addition a charge of 15% of the total invoice will be assessed for restocking fees. Credits take 2-5 business days to appear on a credit card.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. You will receive credit less the actual freight charges both ways and a 15% restocking fee.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer.
